About the Company
Balance VA is a highly successful call centre, focused on serving the chiropractic industry. As the administrative and client communication backbone of many chiropractic clinics, we are on a mission to deliver this excellent support to many more clinics. Balance Virtual Assistance was founded in April of 2018 and already has a full (and growing!) range of clients all across the UK. We work with multiple different Chiropractic clinics, assisting them in their mission to impact their patients’ lives and get them out of pain.
Overview
We are looking to recruit a Call Operator Hero / Virtual Assistant Extraordinaire to join our call centre team. Are you self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic about health? Do you care about people and have a confident, positive outlook on life? Then we are looking for you! As this is an exciting, fast-paced and challenging role you must be computer literate, able to multitask and work well under pressure. You must have a customer centric attitude and a strong work ethos, and be willing and able to learn a range of new skills. The job requires a lot of attention to detail with regard to names, dates etc. Existing knowledge of Chiropractic, even just having had treatment yourself, would be beneficial but is not required. You will have the opportunity to learn about Chiropractic, health and wellness, and join a growing company with a bright and exciting future!

Required skills and experience:

3+ years experience with Microsoft Office

2+ years experience in customer service

Responsibilities
The right candidate will join a small, happy team with a wide range of responsibilities including administration tasks with a focus on Chiropractic, taking their calls, managing their diaries, taking payments and giving advice and information about the clinics to the patients they serve, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients’ practice members. You will have the opportunity to learn about Chiropractic and health, how to support our practice members on their journey toward optimal health and how to assist the rest of the clinical team.
Compensation
Your salary will be competitive and career progression opportunities are available. Depending on your skills and ambition, a managerial position could be offered in the future. The hours of work are varied, and there are a number of shift patterns available. The successful candidate can expect to join a team of passionate individuals, led by experts in chiropractic, marketing, and the call centre industry.
