Balance Virtual Assistance is of great benefit to clinics of all sizes, including those who already have a CA. You can expect a more specialised call answering service for when your CA is unable to take the call. Balance VA is the perfect remote reception and admin partner to clinics who do not have the capacity to employ a full time member of staff in an administration or CA position.

Bella started Balance Virtual Assistance as a Chiropractic Assistant who wasn't content with the way that new and existing patients were dealt with, especially while away from the desk or when the clinic was closed. The remote reception service used by her previous clinic knew very little about Chiropractic, the clinic's practitioners, or the patients at the clinic. Thus, Bella decided to set up a service that offered better, more informed care.

Bella ran Balance VA successfully for 4 years before making the difficult decision to leave for another exciting opportunity, with PracticeHub where she is helping many of the same clinics in their Customer Success team.




Called to the Bar in 2003, Oliver spent 7 years working for industry regulators as in house Counsel. Since 2010 Oliver has gained experience in a broad spectrum of business and his current interests are in legal, financial services, marketing and healthcare.


Passionate about Chiropractic since marrying his Chiropractor and determined to effect real change in the industry. Over the course of 8 years running his clinics, Oliver grew the business significantly and took new patient numbers and overall PVA to among the best in the industry before selling the business to focus on Balance VA.
