We get to know your clinic, including your techniques and values,  your clinicians, and the image you wish to portray to existing patients and new clients. After we have gotten to know each other, we are in a position to answer potential new patients’ questions about your clinic and techniques. We expertly deal with questions like: whether you are diversified or McTimoney… what is the difference between a Chiropractor and an Osteopath… whether you use an activator… whether its safe to come in during pregnancy… whether you treat babies… the list goes on! Bella started Balance Virtual Assistance as a Chiropractic Assistant who wasn't content with the way that new and existing patients were dealt with, especially while away from the desk or when the clinic was closed. The remote reception service used by her previous clinic knew very little about Chiropractic, the clinic's practitioners, or the patients at the clinic. Thus, Bella decided to set up a service that offered better, more informed care.

Bella has been successfully running Balance VA for 4 years, and is looking forward to many more years of excellent service provision to a range of MSK clinics.

OLIVER CODRINGTON

DIRECTOR

Called to the Bar in 2003, Oliver spent 7 years working for industry regulators as in house Counsel. Since 2010 Oliver has gained experience in a broad spectrum of business and his current interests are in legal, financial services, marketing and healthcare.

 

Passionate about Chiropractic since marrying his Chiropractor and determined to effect real change in the industry. Over the course of 6 years running his clinics, Oliver has grown the business significantly and taken new patient numbers and overall PVA to among the best in the industry.

Most recently, Oliver joined the Balance VA team to help Bella in her quest to serve more of the MSK industry. Oliver is excited about expanding the Balance VA team to increase our capacity.

Owned, operated and scaled clinics in the dental healthcare sector since 2009 from a single practice to five sites through M&A.

 

Co-founded and scaled a digital marketing agency and achieved a successful trade sale in 2019. Active commercial and residential real estate investor with a focus on high end short term lettings.

 

Recently launched an international eCommerce business in the middle of the global pandemic to solve an immediate and growing problem with PPE.

 

Ben is another recent addition to the team - his forte and focus being financial oversight, optimising operations and digital marketing.
